Sizes
Our Socks in a Box come in 2 sizes:
- Animal and Christmas socks are One Size fits all - from 5 year's old to adult.
- Babies and Toddlers socks are for children from 18-36 months (depending on fit of course). All the baby socks have anti-slip grips at the bottom for improved safety.
The materials are very soft and stretchy, so they fit comfortably as indoor/reading socks or can be worn with shoes and boots. (see that yellow chicken?!)
Materials and Care
Our Socks are primarily made of Polyester which gives them the soft, cozy, stretchy texture and are very easy to care for. You can put them in washing machines and dry in low temperature.
We have friends who bought our 1st release and are still wearing them while adding to their collection!
General Questions:
Order and Payment
We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay if you order online for delivery. If we made a pick up arrangement, Cash on Delivery is also an option.
Shipping
Generally we ship your orders the same or next business day and will notify you when we do so.
We regularly compare shipping rates and options to better meet your needs. If you hare any special requirements please let us know.
Return and Refund
We want you and the people receiving your gift to enjoy our products. If they arrive damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Returns are allowed but you will be responsible for shipping costs for both deliveries. We will refund product price (adjusted for taxes) less shipping upon receiving the returned products.
